Define Watches

After watching some YouTube videos and hearing about Define Watches, I decided to take a look at the brands on offer. Define Watches had Hanhart, a brand I have long wanted to add into my modest collection. I settled on the 39mm 417 ES 1954 Flyback. This watch is simply stunning. The care and consideration that went into the packing before the watch was promptly sent to me, was second to none. I have no hesitation recommending buying watches from Define Watches.

Sinn 104 St Sa I B This is the second Sinn I've committed with Define watches. The first one I bought from the shop they had in Brisbane, and it is that good I decided to get another one. (The photo with the leather strap is the first one). This time I did all my research online, because they moved their shop up to Noosa Heads, which is about 2-3 hours away. I paid for the watch on a Friday, and it was delivered on Monday! That's pretty impressive! Even more impressive was the way Peter and Co presented the watch for delivery. Its worth buying a watch from Define just to experience the delivery. And it just gets better. The first time I saw the watch live was upon delivery, and it was just as I envisioned it, perfect. I think this watch, and Sinn in general, epitomise the whole German philosophy: elegant, functional and no nonsense. The blue dial is understatedly sensational, especially outdoors in the sunlight. Big thanks to Peter and staff. I would urge anyone that's in the market for a fine German luxury watch to check them out.

Recently purchased a Sinn 856 from Peter and Lydia via their online store after chatting with Peter about stock availability. I put down a deposit to secure one of the next batch they would receive and much to my surprise I only had to wait about 3 weeks for this very popular model to be sent from Germany. The watch was very well packaged and protected, much more so than from any other retailer I have done business with and it arrived to Melbourne from Noosa in 1 day. The watch itself is running at a very consistent +2 seconds per day which is in line with its top grade SW-300. Overall very happy with my experience and will be a repeat customer if Sinn release something else that satisfies my desires. Very responsive business and great attention to detail. After admiring their many beautiful watches for some years via the internet, I finally got to visit Define Watches in person while holidaying nearby. Thanks Lydia for showing me the vibrant Mühle Glashütte Turquoise Panova watch which I ended up taking home (I really love it!). This was my first time buying a watch online. I was a bit nervous at first, as I like to try on my watches I purchase. However, dealing with Peter quickly quashed all nerves and we worked out together exactly what I was after.
